NONI: I love Noni. Noni has been my constant companion these last few weeks; At first, I wondered if Noni was really helping. I wondered if Noni helped others, but just didn't help me. Some days i thought Noni helped, other I wasn't so sure. But today, I really believe that Noni is helping me. I feel very good at the moment. My knee feels good. Thanks, Noni. My digestion is good, thanks to Noni. I even sleep better at night because of Noni. Noni's original form is ugly. And Noni's altered form, makes me pucker a bit. But I like it ! And that's my story of Noni !!!!!

good news. i'm glad it is helping you...especially to sleep better. so you think it just took some time to get the full effect?

yes time , lots of time. for me, any way, maybe because i am batteling several different problems, it just takes longer. but i am cautiously optomistic about it . by the way, i just recieved 2 bottles of vitaspout, so if you run out let me know, or let me know when you have a weeks supply left, and i'll order some more ok? linda has bought some new bineys, and they look pretty good, for a lot cheaper, we might look into that too. they're winding ways own brand, look like they have everything...also their probiotics, i'm on a mission !

I'm lost...what in the world is Noni? As I was reading I thought it was a new pet...then after some things you said just sounded a little weird. haha...

wass, noni is a juice from the noni fruit, from the islands, helpful for many health issues, like diabetes, b/p, pain, immune support, and many more. tastes bad, but worth the effort, (i think), i learned about it from a holistic md on tv, and am learning about all kinds of stuff, trying to get my health in check, it's hard .

how often do you drink it? what has it done for you?

wass, i drink it 2-3 times a day, it has helped with my blood sugars, and inflamation, and knee pain. i don't as sick and when i do, it's not as bad; but i also take several more supplements so i can't be certain which one is helping, i just think they all have helped me. it's a tough battle, but hopefully i will overcome.....

my friend at work has been struggling with her sugar and insulin. she can't get balanced out. i hate seeing her go through that. Her and another coworker along with myself are doing the south beach diet. I hate calling it diets...just a life style change of eating healthy. We decided to do it as a group so my friend with diabetes would do it. It will help her out tons. One of my coworkers husband had bad diabetes and did this south beach and lost alot of weight and was taken off medication for his sugar. I think that's great. I'm feeling good, less tired, it's my first week. You should look at it. The doctor does talk alot about diabetes and blood sugar, insulin, etc. I don't understand the whole diabetes thing, but friends of mine rather have cancer they said...i dunno.

I hope it all works out for you. You need to stay on your feet busy with all them grandchildren...specially the little Mesa's. Dear Lord just to think 3 migue's...they are sooo cute though. I miss my bongos. I call them Bongos..for bongo drums since they like to pound on boxes, coffee cans, the floor, especially Jonah.

i'm not up with the south beach diet, is it a type of fresh fruit, veggie, no bad fats, kind of thing?
